Delivery Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

In case a delivery is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping charges required to deliver the order again.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, any additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, Matrika Vastra will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.

Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Situations

In the event of delays caused due to natural calamities, public holidays, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances, Matrika Vastra shall not be liable to process any refund, return, or exchange solely on the basis of such delivery delays.

Stock Unavailability

In rare cases where a delay in dispatch occurs due to temporary unavailability of stock, Matrika Vastra will inform the customer via message or email. The customer will then have the option to choose an alternate product or request a refund for that specific item. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed once the customer shares the correct bank details required for the transaction.
