By placing an order with Matrika Vastra, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies mentioned, including the Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
Matrika Vastra shall not be responsible for any claims related to minor variations in handcrafted products, delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Any disputes arising out of purchases made from Matrika Vastra shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India only.
Social Media Order Policy
Orders placed through Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other social media platform of Matrika Vastra will be treated as confirmed orders once the customer shares the required order details and payment confirmation.
